Wish List (and discussion) / Patient Satisfaction Survey
« Last post by Adam Graf on January 29, 2018, 11:09:58 AM »
Hello,
Philadelphia and (I think) Erie have a patient satisfaction survey they give to families after their MAC encounter. It would be good to incorporate this into the MAPS.

Errors & Fixes / Re: Spine Sx not listed on Post-op report screen
« Last post by GSlota on January 29, 2018, 10:52:00 AM »
I know that Upper SX and Lower SX were separated.  Not sure how spine SX fits into the mix.

I wonder if SX (general) would be a better overall option.

Errors & Fixes / Re: Small Issue with Gait Parameters Report
« Last post by GSlota on January 29, 2018, 10:49:38 AM »
I see the problem.
For now, clicking on the problem cell and then nocking down the font size a peg or two works.

Do not know if this is a recent event, or if I did not see numbers of 100% or more.

Now the question is how to get this tweaked by Elroy.
If you want a local fix for the problem:
Find the template:  (in my case)
O:\Database\ResourceDump\TEMPLATES
MOTIONGRAPHSNEW.XLTM

Copy and save into Custom Templates folder (in my case)
O:\Database\CustomTemplates

Right click, "Open".  This will open the template file and is not the same thing as double clicking which will open a document.

Go to the column for %Norm, and nock the font size down two sizes. (4)
Save the Template
Might need to rename the file: Motion Graphs New.xltm

Errors & Fixes / Plantar Pressure Pre vs Post Report Error
« Last post by Adam Graf on January 23, 2018, 10:16:03 AM »
Our template for plantar pressures comparing pre vs. post for the Left foot has a Right foot template in the post op section. The pre op is correct and I believe that the post op does use a Left foot image but it is mislabeled and inverts the left image to fit. [img]

Errors & Fixes / Spine Sx not listed on Post-op report screen
« Last post by Adam Graf on December 19, 2017, 09:10:00 AM »
Hello,
We recently were generating a report for a patient with CP who we've tested in the MAC before and has had LE surgery as well as spine surgery. The spine surgery was not listed in the 'Specify the surgery to be used...' window. See screen capture. Is it possible to list all surgeries here? LE, UE and SP
Thanks,
Adam Graf

Wish List (and discussion) / Study Tracking
« Last post by Adam Graf on December 05, 2017, 01:40:13 PM »
Request for a new field(s) for research studies and date of consent. For example, if we build a spine registry we would need to know which subjects have consented and which ones have not. I am not sure of the best way to do this, but I can see the need for a solution in the near future.
Thanks,

Errors & Fixes / Small Issue with Gait Parameters Report
« Last post by Adam Graf on November 28, 2017, 11:07:50 AM »
Hello,
We have a minor issue with the Gait Parameters page in Excel. The '% Norm' column shows #### for values greater than contain 3 digits or more. I feel like this is a recent occurrence, but maybe not. Is there a way to make the default width of this column able to accommodate 3 digits?
Thanks,
Adam

Errors & Fixes / Motion Plots have a "plateau" effect (FIXED)
« Last post by GSlota on November 07, 2017, 12:15:57 PM »
This problem was first reported (to me) by Mathieu of Montreal (11/7/2017)

Problem:  Motion plots have a "plateau" effect going on.
Main plot that is affected if Pelvic Tilt (wrt lab)

Real Problem:  French setting of the computer uses commas and not periods to separate the decimal places.
MAPS truncated the data to integers since it ignored all information after the comma.

FIX #1:  Set the computer to English to run MAPS.  (11/7/2017)
Future FIX:  make MAPS accommodate other language settings.

Normal Process:
Vicon Nexus w/ Woltring Filter
MAPS (C3D-->GCD) cubic spline down to 51 data points
Excel plotting w/ Catmull-Rom spline (as reported by Elroy)

Errors & Fixes / Refresh of C3D Files in Motion Sys, does not find files (Problem)
« Last post by GSlota on November 07, 2017, 10:50:30 AM »
This problem was first presented (to me) by Holley of Shreveport (11/2/2017)

Problem:  Clicking on the "Refresh" button below "C3D Files in Motion Sys" does not populate the box with files.
Windows 10, Office 2016, MAPS v2.105, v2.111

This may be a local problem isolated to the Nexus DB structure of Shreveport.
This is an ongoing issue.

MAPS looks for information in .ENF files to identify the correct patient (MRN or Name) and correct encounter (Date)

Still Working with Holley on this problem.
